Anti-Human & Sexual Trafficking Policy

IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE

FriendFinder Networks Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliated entities (collectively, “ we”, “ us”, or “ our”) are committed to providing our full cooperation and assistance in the prosecution of any individuals or entities that may promote, engage or participate in any human or sexual trafficking, slavery/servitude practices, or the exploitation of children (collectively, “ AntiHuman-Activities”).

In furtherance of the above, our additional commitments are as follows:

• (1) We are committed to preventing any Anti-Human Activities that may be uploaded or shared through use or interaction of our websites, apps, or other related online services (collectively, “ Services”).
• (2) We will remove such content and take other appropriate action which may include:
  • (a) terminating/disabling user accounts,
  • (b) reporting individuals to law enforcement authorities, and
  • (b) reporting the matter to organizations such as Freedom Network USA ( https://freedomnetworkusa.org/), Unseen UK ( https://www.unseenuk.org), the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children ( https://www.missingkids.org/home), or other additional groups we deem necessary.
• (3) We ask our users, members, or other individuals to please notify us via Customer Service immediately upon becoming aware of any conduct or behavior by any individuals or entities regarding the discussion, posting, or sharing of any content relating to Anti-Human Activities on our Services, and to provide us with reasonable assistance in any investigations we conduct in light of the information you provide to us.

We reserve the right to modify this policy and/or adopt any additional measures at any time as necessary to protect any individuals who may be the victims of Anti-Human Activities taking place on or through use of our Services.
