I had over 40,000 points on my account. Then I ordered some shirts and did a few other things (spent 6050 points) and my points disappeared. I went and called customer service and they say you don't have that many points. They put a work order in and still nothing. So I wait a while and call again ( 11-2). The lady pulls up my account and she once again tells me that I didn't have those points and that there was a bug in the system and that I should not have had those points. The bug caused the points to go up that high. But, Tech. support has put a note on my account and that if I have any questions that I have to talk to them. Today is Sunday and they don't come in till 8 am PST. Has anyone else had this problem? If you have please call the 888 number and report it. Obviously tech support really cares to fix things!!! Tech support is a joke.
