 For me, nothing tops a medium well, 1 1/2 Porterhouse steak, 3rd, 4th or 5th cut .. you get the best of two worlds .. the New York and the Filet and you get the juicy advantage of a bone. I call it "The Lovers Steak" simply because it is large enough to share with someone special and we all know who gets the bone in the end. Hehehe
