 I see a lot of guys carry on like, if they don't have sex soon, they will die. That only happens with some animal species. I like sex, but it's not that important. I can always fuck myself, if I need release.

 At ANY age "going into clubs " or bars still has it's advantages or rewards !! As you might note , I'm 68 !! I have occasionally gone to a bar for a few drinks and played pool !! The scenery can be challenging when you get a pool opponent that you know is there just to be a tease playing pool !!  Sex has never been important to me in terms of being in a relationship. I will say that personal injuries and my then life partner's medication made sex a item on the back burner. Of course that didn't stop her from cheating on me.
While i get horny occasionally its an easy matter to relieve that tension and move on. Relationships are in my opinion more grounded if you can relate to each other beyond sex. Maybe thats my age and meds talking but thats just how it is. Good for you and your projects! I hope you do find someone because the reality is that while sex should not be the defining factor, it should contribute.

 Right now? Its not that important to me anymore because sex is not so readily available, and my going into clubs and picking up women days are long over with. At my age I realize I actually have to care for the person I'm making love to. Sex is the icing NOT the cake.
Occasionally if I get "the urge" I realize I must have too much time on my hands and usually will tackle a project around the house or build something and the urge fades.
I've started an awful lot of projects! laugh

I'm happy and content with myself.
