3-16-14 Back from the Gym...what about you?
3-16-14 Back from the Gym...what about you? Well... since I could not find someone to workout with at their home gym or property gym ..... I am now a city wide Y member and doing pretty good for working out alone with no partner. I try to make it in the mornings by 5:30am, but I do not always make it to the gym. I do get to gym at least twice during the week, just not 5 days a week. I do however.. make it on weekends as soon as they are open in morning on Saturdays, and go after 3pm on Sundays. Yesterday... I pushed myself to four miles.. that is DAMMMM good for my age and shape! NO Barbie here, but lots of curves. My goal is not to be an hour glass with curves...NO...but at least drop a few pounds until I see my twins get smaller..then...I will have to work on another part of my body to shape. So... what are you doing to enjoy a hike with me, or maybe go camping and enjoy fishing, swimming, or a good BBQ after a long hike? Let me know what your 5K time is and maybe we can do a few 5K's soon! SLNU Miss SunShine There is always a brightside in everything. . |

I agree with you. Once you get into a routine... you feel a little low for missing out on a workout. Does it really make a difference in you guys when you all workout? How does it help you perform? Do you last longer? Take less time to get to round two, three. etc.,? I guess AGE makes a BIG difference? I still have a HIGH very HIGH sex drive, but I can hold out until I visit my Master this coming weekend! So... gentlemen .. how does a workout help you perform? Congrats on the 4 miles....I love to run 5Ks...my current time is around 21:30 mark...hope you stick with it but don't lose those curves!!!
