I use my points to go Gold once in a while. There are advantages with messaging and viewing profiles and pics and such but not enough to create an incentive to STAY Gold. one lady I chat with online and offline here, local to Ontario has free gold for a year so they still give it out. It's also easy to save and use points to get gold for those who blog etc. I wish I could see profiles etc. Mostly I chat so I dont need gold.

If you aren't part of the solution, then you are part of the problem.... I too have let my 'Paid' membership lapse even before COVID hit. The reason being that I do not search the entire site like some do, preferring to stay in my local (Winnipeg) territory and perhaps venturing out about an hours drive or so. I myself am not here to simply blog or make acquaintances/friends with those whom I will probably never EVER meet in real life. I have enough points to both e-mail and make 'Fans' so I can communicate with those other local to me. And 'Yes' once this pandemic is over and we can return to some semblance of 'Normal', I probably would again re-up and PAY for a full/Gold membership. But only if there is enough locals to make it worth while. Otherwise, I highly doubt I will ever again be a 'Full/Paid' member. That being said, I too am part of the problem, not the solution. I use the site, but I don't pay anything for the privilege of showcasing myself and meeting new people. How long can this site last without paying members? Do you really think the ads pay enough to cover all the overhead of the site? Believe me, the site needs members like me allot less than I need them. Yet here we are.......

She doesn't go on cam and is not a bot as I met her briefly due to covid - just an outside chat while I was in town. She showed me the message where she got it - it said she was awarded one year gold for her profile or something. It expires in November/December. Using points is a good option if you got lots I tend to use mine on IM.

First time I saw a black squirrel and a loonie was in Ottawa found both to be rather humorist. When I saw a tiny piece of copper wrapped in aluminum that made me wonder then I saw some building with copper roofs . Don't remember just what they were but it did look like government building . That sure made me wonder just what the hell . But you my Joy surprised me when you said you had a paying account well hells bells they give them to single women and some couples . I don't think that a free membership is hard or was hard to get . Pretty sure if you ask around some one will give you the 411 on how you can get it for free . Not sure they will accept a dab of copper and a chunk of aluminum as legal tender so you might as well go for the free gold ... .

My only reasons for being gold was to stay in touch with friends here and enjoying cams. In fact i was willing to forego gold earlier this year but the site loves to offer a great deal. So yeah it got me gold for a year at a greatly reduced rate. Good thing too since i dont use the site for anythimg but blogging now. No need to look at cams, chat, or even messages friends since i cut my friends list down from 1,800 to 10. Yes you read that right. Just 10. And i barely talk to half of them reallly. But thats just me. My needs are simple now. Blog, comment and transfer my written works to a different site in case i want to close this account. Its not just the site that has lessened in quality but the majority of chatters as well. Thankfully there are still wonderful folks like you and other bloggers who engage, entertain, amuse and at those rarest if times even arouse me still. My name is MrWrong and I approved this comment

Seem like something about AsianMatchMate.com, you don't like. But being a regular blogger, that alone, make this worth it's weight in gold! I'm not a gold man, I'm not Jewish do I'm also not a Goldman! I'm more like a Bronze, not a Silver or Gold! But if you getting something out of something, then it's worth it's weight in Gold!

About a year after I joined AsianMatchMate.com there was a level called silver. About half as cheap with limited number of emails. I tried it for a few months. AsianMatchMate.com was a better site back then, even so after a few months my results were nothing, zip, zero. Oh I had women and couples I chatted with about meeting, but in the end nothing ever happened. It was all talk and no action. My finances at the time were very tight, so paying for something that gave me nothing in return was off the table. Even though I have a blog, very few people contact me through it. Maybe everyone is not at all interested in me. However I think its because most standard members do not realize that they can view and comment in blogs. The site is drying up, groups hardly have anything going on. Seems so many are fake on here. Would I get gold? Not at the present time, unless there are some real changes on here.

I kept tweaking it here and there, and they kept extending the expiration date on it. I won't pay for it, but I'll definitely ride it out.
