I call that...Putting on aires...Something I haven't ever done...I am who I am and am quite comfortable in my skin...I'm more interested in what is between a persons ears and behind their eyes...That's where I can "connect"...Everything else is mere window dressing...That sure is a shiny top...Careful you don't blind Saul...Blog and let Blog...I'll be in the Garage...

Hello Joy I think we are all in a league of our own. Good looks can be good but what I prefer more is a good personality not as much as looks. Hell when your 70 don't really care about looks just how much fun you want to have and how much we have common. Butch

I agree and concur wholeheartedly on your comment if someone stoops to that lever of ramped up superficiality. That irritates me. Of course we all have our dislikes and likes in the looks department but to overlook everything else just for that, that actually pisses me off.

Great blog today my friend and I think you said it very eloquently like you always do. The one thing I would add is opposites attract, as I am total proof of that in my marriage. My husband is the exact opposite of what I was normally attracted to, but we are indeed soul mates. And you know I think it's a good thing as we complete one another as that's so important in any relationship. I hope your enjoying your day my friend..  Seduce the mind and see what a wonderful adventure the body will take you on..

The last lady I dated did not last long not because of looks but distance and other personal things. We met not knowing what each other looked like. Neither of us faction models but not zombie either. She was over an hour drive away. I was looking for a steady date but could only see her when it fit her schedule. So it only lasted a couple months. Like you stated about looks; She dose not have to look like a beauty queen it's what is on the inside that counts. So nice to be insane; no one asks you to explain.

one never knows what will come of a meeting ...but some of us have an idea of when we are out on a limb. Not just looks, style, enjoyments, types of humor, lack of humor, conversation topics, conversation abilities and the list of variables is endless of why or why not in a league or out on a limb. Met one that we did not need to finish a sentience to understand exactly what was being said...met another, we must have been sitting in the Tower of Babble.. I think the basics is to enjoy each other's company and have that special friendship for each other.

Hi Joy. have so much fun tonight... now... as far as this post goes... If you are Canadian, and into curling, hockey, mooses, maple syrup, Canadian bacon, Crown Royal.. then, it is understandable that you would only like baseball for the sake of baseball movies... having said that... I did luv "A league of their own"... but, then I love baseball... I also like apple pie and armadillo meat... I like my women, hot, but not too spicy... and, I consider myself a 7 but, I can play up or down, depending on the situation... because I believe in all of god's heavenly creatures... the female ones that see me... whether they are 5s or 10s makes no difference to me... and, I'm not judging... and, that's all I've got to say about that... hmm... I got mentioned in a blog! I've always enjoyed our chats & really enjoyed meeting you. It's funny that you posted this, as I've been considering writing a similar post. I may still, but in a nutshell; Am I visually stimulated? Absolutely! Is the largest erogenous zone in my body between my ears? Without a doubt!
