I am watching the fall and winter approaching.I have stumbled back to exercise for the summer. It was a bit limited because of stand offs for the virus. I don't think that extended goofing off is good. I have found by luck some exercise equipment and had it set up. One of my FWBs is very interested in an exercise program and I am more than willing to accept . This is just one more change and variation that the virus is/ has caused. Have you experienced "troubles" in everyday life? Do you feel there will be any permenent changes?

 I hope you enjoy your new workout equipment and your new workouts. We are getting out there and walking now that its finally cooling down here..Happy Hump Day to you I hope it's an enjoyable one..
