Losing weight maybe with smoothies?
Losing weight maybe with smoothies? I need to lose weight. This past month or so I've lost 5 lbs. At 6'0" I'm at 205 lbs. My goal this year is to go into the 180s. My attitude is: if you pinch it, you can lose it; if you can grab it, you better lose it. So I've been reducing the magnitude of food I've been eating. Sure last week I downed 2 large bags of potato chips. I've done a little<b> running. </font></b>But I attribute my weight loss to some biking I've been doing though many times I've been rained out, no ice cream for dessert other than a daily ice cream sandwich, and for evening dessert I've been making myself smoothies, milk, ice, oj, yogurt, honey, vanilla, strawberries, then mixed in the blender. Though I want to lose weight, I'm not incredibly disciplined to do it, just a little disciplined, just a little. I have to get serious about it. |
