Todays Release - Associate Members, Missing Posts Fixed

Our monthly release went out today around 12:30 PM Pacific.

For those that don't know, we do a release to the site once a month that includes any new features, and fixes to issues. Sometimes we have releases with very obvious changes, like the addition of the Activities feed. Other times most of the updates are backend technology handling type issues.

What you should notice is fixed:

- We blocked new registrations from Ghana
- Bug INST-763: Group: All associate members suddenly being banned by system.
- INST-770: Turning Off Your Profile Takes Down All Blog and Group Posts

New Bug - UPDATE: FIXED

- PAGE-4788: Blogs and Groups: Table Codes and Font Codes Not Displaying Correctly (yes, I know this one is super ugly - if your blog looks weird, it's because of this)

 Ryan, when we should expect this bug to be fixed? My blogs not only look weird and ugly but they are even unreadable.

 To add a little clarification to the new bug PAGE-4788:

Blogs, signatures, group postings and profiles are non-responsive to the table and font codes if the member have written it in. If your color or size is included within the font code, it will also not work. The commands are being displayed as well.

Some
codes are being interfered with as well. I'm not sure why it is in some areas and not others. I'll have to get back to you on that.

 I hope the using of those codes on blog and profile get fix soon. My profile and blog really look weird and unreadable. Even on my signature some of those codes appear not hidden.

Not just with Blogs and Groups. Profiles are effected as well.

when you go in to edit the posting it is as it should be

but it displays incorrectly

 I have had a lot of problems using the site namely being kicked out quite a bit, I hope it gets fixed soon.

I noticed though it is stable on Passion, for me anyway it might work for others that have this difficulty.

 Ryan my associate members are still where they were last month. There has been no chance on my group. I changed the settings to read 1 post every 12 months but the associates have not moved up. I check a few people when they joined and it has only been a couple of months.

 I don't see yet that anything has been fixed. My group "Ladies and Gentlemen" is still missing its link to the banned members, and my posts from my secondary account Trainmepls2 are still missing.

 Ryan - dont see any changes in my blog all i know now is for the pass two days now i cant get into my blog brings me to the sign into AsianMatchMate.com site again and again i cant get in but i can post a thread for in there and it goes threw but i cant get in my own blog huh!! i must of got ban from my very own blog ??????????? can this be fixed so i can get back in question ....

 The custom colors do NOT work for the New View Profile page...tried twice to update it and nothing takes...it's fine on the Classic View...the Alert Bar or what ever you want to call it stops working after about one hour...the Members Broadcasting Page still does not reload properly...I still would like a view of my Profile page that looks to me as OTHERS SEE IT...in the NEW PROFILE VIEW! Rather stupid that we can't see it as others do.

 well now - here is a bug - my profile was denied because I use html tags - when did that change or is it all part of the latest infection of cicada??

 hmmm profile denied because of html code??? Is this part of the problem. and it has not taken my post 5 times because it says not matching the 3 digit code. Well I did and it didn't like it I guess - or is it that my sig has html code...

I'm having trouble accessing his blog as well. I did manage to get into one of his posts directly, but only one. Any which way I try to get in, it takes me to the log in page.

 Hate to be so vocal when I'm usually not - but WTF was THAT!! I logged on and all profiles were some sore of full screen thing that gave to access to any blogs, chats or any other feature. Vids were missing, lists were wrong. Lordy what a mess. Did you just to a flash test of something "new and improved?" At least it didn't use html tags that I am supposed to remove now from my profile page! I guess I will do what I usually do tho. Just sit here and see if things smooth out.

 are you guys testing a new main page layout? cuz if you are, it is the worse shit i have ever seen, i had to log in and out about 5 times just so i could log on imc, can u's not work on thing at a time? your imc is a total mess, i hate the layout of that, its more stable yes but slower then xmas, its no wonder i get ppl asking me what my other chat names are, least they work, now u log on to the site and u dont know if u get the "new" page where theres no blog link, no imc link to chat theres nothing, even my hot list there is all messed, but hey thats AsianMatchMate.com, put something out b4 its even finished

there is nothing wrong with the layout of the old imc or main page, just freaking fix the problems and leave the look alone, maybe thats the plan change the look and leave all the problems so ppl bitch about that more and less about the real issues and u think u have done your job

On a better note, the must have done something with the profile thing since mine is back - my favorite reason for denying a profile was that I appeared to be under 18 - well now! I am under 18x4 but over 18x3... what a pain...
