I have had miraculous help from massage therapy with my knee-tracking issue, which led to massive hip and back pain. I've never had a back issue that required a chiropractor.

Look for one that does soft tissue work, too, like ART (Active Release Technique) or Graston technique. You'll get a much bigger bang for your buck, and it's closer to physical therapy. Mine really knows his stuff. I see him once a quarter or so, more if something's really out of whack.

I have been seeing one for a bit now and it's made a HUGE difference...but as others have said, it does depend on what's going on and finding a good one.

I will say though that I suspect all of us can use a good adjustment on a regular basis...my body just moves freer now and that helps with everything else.

Good luck with it!

yes if you ask around and find a good one.

I'd ask around for a recommendation. Some are quite good. But some will try to sell you up the river - had one that tried to convince me I needed 3 years of weekly adjustments to "fix" me.

2022... it HAS be better, right?!

Depends on the chiropractor. A good one can relieve your aches and pains in a few sessions and even diagnose with touch alone (no ex-rays needed). I've used a few in my time and it has helped.
