Is afterplay more important to women than men after sex?
Is afterplay more important to women than men after sex? Lots of my female friends have complained to me about how many men are prey to what you might call the ‘turning over and going straight to sleep syndrome’. True, afterplay can be tough. For most guys, me included, when that wave of orgasm hits you, it’s like a feeling of satisfied exhaustion. Now the women I have spoken to on this many say they’re not asking for much……a cuddle, a few affectionate kisses, a gentle stroking of the breasts Me personally, I like to give a warm and appreciative embrace. Words of praise are good. It doesn’t matter that I might not be in a long term committed relationship with the lady in my arms. When you’ve been sleeping together, it creates a wonderful shared feeling. I guess you could say I like to appreciate the gift I’ve been given and love the sensual approach to sex - as well as the hot passionate kinky side! However I had to laugh out loud at what a good buddy of mine told me a few weeks back when I raised the subject of afterplay with him ‘Well, I’m not in a relationship with her. And I got what I want innit? So what am I hanging around for? Listen, you’re talking to the fellas, save the afterplay talk for the ladies!’ So, as a man, I just wanted to put that question out there - is afterplay always important? |
