Ya know, men taste better in every way when they are non-smokers. Have tongue, will use it. Repeatedly.

The sadder thing, Just how many children just got priced out of eating more than ramen noodles because cigarettes are going up so much????? I have already told my kids. If you stress me out and I have to smoke you will not be eating on Monday and Thursday because the Mac and Cheese in a box money will be spent on Winstons in a box!" I had a dream my life would be So different from this hell I'm living So different now from what it seemed Now life has killed the dream I dreamed RAInBow

I've always found the high cigarette taxes rather interesting. I know one government aim is to tax things they want to discourage, but at the same time, to tie that income to something like kid's health care...doesn't that mean they want to encourage smoking, so their programs will be paid for? I think government likes to tax smoking, because they know how addictive it is. So many people will willingly pay the tax, to get their fix. Sort of like the lottery. I'm a non-smoker. Never have been one, I've always been allergic to it. Smoking goes through cycles. When I was in high school (early to mid 1980s), smoking was really uncool. It was the era of the yuppie, and that is not a smoker. There were only a handful of smokers at school, and the smoking corner (and yes...they allowed it at school, outside) was had a very small following. Then, it seemed that movies and popular culture made smoking cool again, and a lot of teenagers picked it up. Now, of the folks in their late 20s and early 30s, it seems to be extremely common. I think the Georgia stats overall are something like 20% or so. Seems to be higher for folks in their 20s and early 30s, drops for my generation (around 40), and goes back up for folks a little older.

Imagine that...they charge you to smell and taste nasty??? State by state, they are passing laws to prohibit you from smoking in alot of places. That's because the 2nd and 3rd hand smoke is bad for people's health! Why put it into you 1st hand? Trust me when I tell you that my brother had every excuse in the book for smoking. He quit when they told him that he had lung cancer that had spread into his brain. His death was not a pretty one. He was 48 years old, btw. As far as the money goes, there are many ways you can spend your money to help you to live longer and better...not shorten your life and give you reason to experience dis*ease in your body. Some places charge as much as $7. and/or $8. a pack these days. The price of lung cancer is far higher...trust me. Come on! Put them down and sign up for a breathing class... your orgasms will be better...kissing will be sweeter... everything will taste better...no joke! I quit 31 years ago, BTW........THANK GOD...and I just can not imagine being in relationship with someone who smokes. It's just really yukky. Just a little food for thought............. If you really want to be happy, nobody can stop you... {=}
